Need a Break from Work? Laugh!
Laughter is the perfect break; it reduces stress, improves immunity, and boosts moods just to name a few benefits. As Milton Berle said “Laughter is an Instant Vacation” so take a mini holiday even if it is at work.
Here are a few quick ways to start laughing:

- Spend time with people who laugh easily. Laughing is contagious so you will naturally start laughing too.
- If all else fails, do what laughter yoga followers do. Fake the laughter until natural laughter kicks in. Yes it might feel strange – guaranteed you’ll feel better.
